SmartFindExpress (SFE) Portal

Online Login

  1. Click the Microsoft icon to log in using Single Sign-On.
  2. Enter your BCPS username (your BCPS email address without @bcps.org) and your password if prompted.

Access SFE by phone: (410) 427-3031

Phone Login

  • Use your Access ID (your BCPS Person Number) to log in by phone.
  • To find your Person Number: Go to Oracle Self-Service and navigate to:
    Me > Quick Actions > Show More > Employment Info

PIN Information

  • Your PIN remains the same as when you registered your SFE profile?no need to re-register with the system.
